This post is long overdue, but better later than never. Welcome to Suz’s Baby Shower!

I’ve been dying to throwing a shower similar to this one ever since I saw it on a blog a few years ago. It also helped that Suz is an avid reader, and that her sister-in-law (me!) is somewhat obsessed with children’s books. (I just can’t get enough!)

I searched the internet again and found this shower thrown by Nwedible. It was perfect for inspiration and even included some free printables- my favorite! Fellow blogger and close friend from high school and I divvied up the assignments, and added a couple extras to throw the most adorable shower ever.🙂

Invitations via etsy which even include the adorable name plate for guests to put in their book.

And the best part- Suz left with a great start to Baby Jules’ library. I’ll admit- while planning the shower, I ended up buying our family more books too. We didn’t own Strega Nona, and it’s a must have!

Enjoy and feel free to steal all of my/the internet’s ideas!
