Well you can add us to the list of friends you know whose house has been burglarized. We arrived home from work Thursday to find a missing laptop, digital camera, and 2nd gen. ipod nano. We really don’t have much, but they did take the few things we did have, most of which were presents from our families. (Sorry!) Besides the broken dining room window, the place wasn’t even that messy; so much so that Ryan almost didn’t notice. We’ll survive, and we’re hopeful that the laptop shows up at a pawnshop soon. Almost all of our photos and documents were backed up. (Thank you Mozy!) I’ve already replaced the ipod via craigslist…and we’re considering going the dslr route if we get a new/used camera. Until then expect 5 megapixel photos of meals and outings. :)

Turkey Burgers with Smoked Gouda & Steamed Spinach
I added little chunks of gouda to the turkey burger, and loved the horseradish mustard. Yum.
Here’s the plan for this week-
Day 1- One-Pot Salmon with Snow Pea Rice (from last week)
Day 3- Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese
Day 4- Turkey Roll Ups with Polenta
Day 5- Broccoli Beef
Day 6- Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Sweet Potatoes & Grilled Apples with Mint
We might have friends over and this sounds like a good crowd pleaser.
