So last week was a bust. Maevy was sick. Then Ryan was sick. Then I was sick. By last Wednesday, we had all finally gotten our appetite back, but until then we stuck to liquids and lots of sleeping. Here’s the plan for a much a healthier week-
Day 1- Grilled Sausage and Ricotta Pizza Sandwich (from last week)
Day 2- Hawaiian Burgers with Rosemary Red Potatoes (from two weeks ago)
Day 3- Chicken Curry Casserole
Day 4- Turkey Bacon and Cheese Sandwiches
Day 5- Grilled Tilapia with Broccoli Couscous
Day 6- Anchovy Pasta with Fried Egg
