Pan-Seared Turkey Cutlets with Wine Sauce and Steamed Broccoli
I love it when Publix has turkey cutlets and turkey breasts out around Thanksgiving. We’re headed to Memphis for the long weekend, but it was nice to make Sunday dinner with the cutlets. The kids had just watched Free Birds; so Maevy demanded that I tell her that the turkey was chicken. And they both finally tried my mashed potatoes!
