This week in the CSA- basil, onions, beets, peppers, yellow squash and tomatoes. Yay- tomato season. Here’s the plan for the week-
Day 1- Drunk Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Beets
Day 2- Spicy Black Bean Burgers with chips
Day 3- Corned Beef Sandwiches on Rye with Sauteed Cabbage
Day 4- Fish Tacos with Slaw
Day 5- Lemony Zucchini Goat Cheese Pizza
Day 6- Lemon-Basil Chicken with Tomato Basil Salad (I can’t get enough of this lemon-basil marinade. I still have lemons to use up, and it’s perfect for the grill.)
