Here’s plan-
Day 1- Super Bowl Night (not doing anything special, but we can still make some party food) Baked Mozzarella Sticks with Buffalo Chicken Dip
Day 2- Hawaiian Pizza (from last week)
Day 3- Winter Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
Day 4- Spaghetti with Lean Ground Beef Sauce
(I think I’ll just cook up some ground beef with onion and add a jar or 2 of my homemade sauce…then simmer)
Day 5- Golden Crusted Lime Fish with Roasted Asparagus
Day 6- Roast Beef Cheddar Paninis with Kettle Chips
