This post is long overdue, but I finally took a picture this week. I also made a 2nd batch yesterday afternoon. Every year I try to find a healthy Birthday snack option to bring to Maevy’s school. This year I decided to make yogurt popsicles using this recipe I found on pinterest.
I had some popsicle-craft sticks on hand, and picked up up the mini-plastic cups at Kroger. I’ve been looking for some reusable popsicle options, but all the molds are just so big. These are the perfect size for a 3 year old. I’ve been using frozen strawberries from last year’s strawberry picking outing, but any fresh or frozen fruit will do. For my recent batch, I used regular yogurt, added several squirts of agave sweetener, and then my pureed strawberries. Yum!
